Sach Capital Limited ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") operates the MacroDrivers™ platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Service in any capacity, you ("you", "the User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sach Capital Limited.

Nature of the Service
MacroDrivers provides macroeconomic research, currency-strength analytics, relative FX divergence analysis, market intelligence, and educational information. The Service is an analytical and educational tool. It does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, trade execution, brokerage services, order routing, or trade recommendations of any kind. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation, offer, solicitation, or inducement to enter into any transaction, buy or sell any financial instrument, or adopt any particular investment strategy. All content is general in nature and does not take into account your personal circumstances, financial objectives, or risk tolerance.
Regulatory status
MacroDrivers provides general market information, analytical tools, and educational material. It does not provide personalised investment recommendations, brokerage services, custody of client assets, discretionary portfolio management, trade execution, or order routing. You should not assume that any investor protection or compensation scheme applies to the Service. If you require regulated financial services, you should seek them from a person authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales to use the Service. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal to a single named individual and may not be shared, transferred, or sold. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Membership and access
Access to proprietary scores, pair intelligence, members-only analysis, and other premium features requires an active paid membership. Membership entitlements depend on the plan purchased and are enforced by us server-side. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or suspend access to any feature at any time. Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described in our Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellation and refunds
MacroDrivers™ is an immediately accessible digital service. Paid access begins immediately following successful purchase. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription fees and other payments are non-refundable once access has been supplied. This includes, subject to applicable law: unused subscription time, change of mind, failure to use the service, forgetting to cancel, personal trading results, disagreement with analytical outputs, partial use, and account inactivity. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already begun or been paid for. Paid access continues until the end of the purchased billing period unless terminated for another lawful reason. Where applicable UK consumer law grants a cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded, that right is preserved. Before completing checkout, you are required to acknowledge that you request immediate access and understand the no-refund position. This acknowledgement is recorded server-side. We reserve the right to issue a refund where required by law, for duplicate or erroneous payments, for billing errors, for service failures where legal rights require a remedy, or as a discretionary goodwill gesture. A discretionary goodwill refund does not create an obligation to provide future refunds.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically copy data from the Service; (b) resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish MacroDrivers data, scores, or analysis; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the scoring framework or proprietary methodology; (d) share, sell, or otherwise provide your account credentials to third parties; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (f) interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure; (g) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system; (h) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service except as expressly permitted; (i) present MacroDrivers output as your own commercial product; or (j) attempt to circumvent entitlement checks, rate limits, or access controls. Intellectual property
All content, scores, analysis, software, methodology, branding, design, and other intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to Sach Capital Limited. MacroDrivers™ is a trade mark of Sach Capital Limited. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal analysis and education only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party links and content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for and do not endorse, control, or warrant the accuracy of any third-party content. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. The Service may be subject to delays, interruptions, or outages. Data may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or subsequently revised. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features or the entire Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from such changes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Sach Capital Limited nor its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any trading losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. You acknowledge that the Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis and that you use it at your own risk.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sach Capital Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, all licences granted to you cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemics, labour disputes, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if that is not possible, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, Cookie and Storage Technologies Policy, Risk Disclosure, Financial Disclaimer, Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sach Capital Limited relating to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Sach Capital Limited submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
