Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Immediate digital access
MacroDrivers™ is an immediately accessible digital service. Paid access begins immediately following successful purchase. You are not purchasing a physical product or a service delivered at a later date.
Billing
Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan selected (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual). Prices are shown on the pricing page and include any applicable taxes where stated.
Non-refundable fees
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription fees and other payments are non-refundable once access has been supplied. This includes, subject to applicable law: unused subscription time, change of mind, failure to use the service, forgetting to cancel, personal trading results, disagreement with analytical outputs, partial use, and account inactivity. No prorated refund is provided merely because you cancel mid-period. Unused subscription time is not refunded.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already begun or been paid for, except where law requires one.
Checkout acknowledgement
Before completing checkout, you are required to acknowledge that you request immediate access to MacroDrivers™ and understand that, except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once access has been supplied. This acknowledgement is recorded server-side.
Statutory cancellation rights
Where applicable UK consumer law grants a cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded, that right is preserved. Where the law allows the cancellation right to be lost following immediate supply of digital content and the required express consent and acknowledgement, that consent and acknowledgement is obtained at checkout. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Refund exceptions
We reserve the right to issue a refund where: (a) required by law; (b) a duplicate or erroneous payment has been made; (c) a billing error has occurred; (d) a service failure where legal rights require a remedy; or (e) we elect to provide a discretionary goodwill refund. A discretionary goodwill refund does not create an obligation to provide future refunds.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will attempt to collect again and notify you. Access may be suspended until payment succeeds and may be reinstated automatically once it does.
Discounts
Discount codes are subject to their own validity dates, usage limits, and eligible plans, and are validated at checkout.
